Who and what this covers

This policy covers Entangled, Honeybrook Farm, and their shared Google sign-in service on blizzisque.com, operated by Winston. It describes the information used by these services; other applications may provide their own privacy policies.

Entangled is a private shared space for two adults, with lists, projects, notes, photos, calendar entries, reminders, and optional relationship and wellbeing records. Honeybrook Farm is a farming game with account-based progress, farm visits, and trading.

Information we process

• Account information: your Google account identifier, verified email address, available profile name, sign-in sessions, and information needed to connect you to your account. Entangled also uses pair usernames and partner links.
• Content you provide: Entangled lists, projects, notes, photos, captions, comments, calendar entries, reminders, and shared memories.
• Optional sensitive information: moods, statuses, relationship notes, and cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, or breastfeeding records that you choose to enter in Entangled.
• Game information: Honeybrook farm progress, inventory, farm codes, visitor permissions, and trade records.
• Connection and technical information: Google authorization tokens, Drive folder identifiers, notification subscriptions, linked Telegram chats, browser or device information, local caches, request logs, and abuse-prevention information used to operate and secure the services.

Google access and how it is used

Google shows the permissions requested when you connect your account. The current shared sign-in service can request the following permissions for Entangled:

Identity and email

To verify your Google account, sign you in, and associate your account with the correct app records.

Google Drive

To create, read, update, share, and manage files and folders used by Entangled, including shared partner folders and readable copies of notes and other app content. The current connection requests broad Drive access, rather than permission limited to individual files you select.

Google Calendar

To create and manage app-created secondary calendars and their events for calendar and reminder features. This permission does not grant access to your other calendars.

Google Photos Picker

To read and import the photos or videos you explicitly select through Google's picker.

Google Photos uploads

To add media to your Google Photos library when you use the optional backup or upload feature. This upload permission does not grant unrestricted read access to your existing library.

Honeybrook Farm uses Google to verify your identity. It does not use Drive, Calendar, or Photos to store or operate your farm. Because it currently uses Entangled's shared sign-in service, Google may still display those additional permissions during farm sign-in.

We use Google user data to provide and secure the features you request. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Blizzisque's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Where information is stored

• Your Google account: Entangled content is primarily stored in the connected Google Drive folder. Calendar entries and Photos uploads also remain with their respective Google services.
• Your device: app-owned browser or native storage keeps local records, preferences, and offline caches. Sign-in cookies and tokens support authenticated sessions.
• Cloudflare: Entangled stores sign-in and pairing records, encrypted Google refresh tokens, reminders, notification information, linked Telegram records, and realtime collaborative note state.
• Hetzner hosting: Honeybrook stores farm progress, sharing permissions, and trade records on our server, linked to an identifier derived from your Google account. The farm does not persist your Google email or Google access token in its saved farm records; its sign-in session holds your display name temporarily.

These providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Sharing and service providers

Your Entangled partner can access the content you share in your connected space. In Honeybrook, other players can see information needed for farm visits and trades when you use those features. Consider what you share and whom you connect with.

We use Google, Cloudflare, Hetzner, notification services such as Firebase Cloud Messaging or Web Push, Telegram if you connect it, and Apple or Google app platforms where applicable. Information is processed as needed to deliver the relevant service. We do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Security and encryption

Connections use HTTPS. Entangled encrypts stored Google refresh tokens. Its optional vault features can encrypt new media and locked notes before they reach Drive.

Ordinary app records, readable Drive copies, realtime collaborative notes, and farm records are not all end-to-end encrypted. No online service or storage method can guarantee complete security.

Retention and deletion

Content in your Google account remains there until you delete it. Entangled keeps account records while your account is active or until you use its account-data deletion controls. Temporary sign-in and link codes expire automatically.

Honeybrook retains saved farm and community records so you can resume play. Signing out or revoking Google access does not delete that progress. Contact us to request deletion of your farm records; we may need to verify that the account belongs to you.

Deleting an app account does not automatically delete copies already shared with another person or content stored in your own Google account.

Your choices and data rights

• Export Entangled records: use Settings → Data → Export all data. You can also access media in the connected Google Drive folder.
• Delete Entangled account records: use Settings → Data → Delete account data. This removes Entangled-owned account records, including sessions, pairing links, stored refresh tokens, notifications, reminders, Telegram links, and the associated persisted realtime room state.
• Delete Google content: manage or delete the relevant files, calendars, and media in Google Drive, Calendar, or Photos. Entangled account deletion does not automatically remove your Drive folder.
• Disconnect Google: remove the app's access from your Google Account connections. Features that need that access stop working until you reconnect. Revocation is separate from deleting previously stored information.
• Request help: contact us about accessing, correcting, exporting, or deleting your information, including Honeybrook records. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing.

Adults-only services

Entangled and the current shared sign-in flow require users to be at least 18 years old. If you believe a child has provided information through these services, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the services or their data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision.
